Kenshaw Electrical Pty Ltd is a growing company, and as such presents risks such as mobile equipment, high voltage, hazardous substances, etc. Safety is a good indicator of the quality of the operations, of the management and the attitude of the people.
We are committed to a healthy and safe workplace as well as continuous improvement. We are committed to:
- comply with legal requirements and regulations, standards and codes of practice applicable to our operations
- apply and continually improve our health & safety management systems
- identify hazards, register, assess and control with a systematic approach
- develop objectives and programs to achieve them
- inform, train and maintain the competencies of our employees
- provide and maintain safe systems of work, keep the workplace in a safe, healthy and tidy condition
- consult and engage our employees and contractors, promote leadership and teamwork
- conduct internal and external audits of the operations, policies and safety management systems, develop corrective actions for gaps
Management is accountable for the implementation and review of this policy and its commitments. Every employee, contractor and visitor must comply. Safety is a condition of employment, and unsafe behaviors will not be tolerated.
